About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Handle outbound and inbound calls to generate and qualify leads

2. Explain company services/products and convert leads into sales

3. Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to final closure

4. Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects

5. Maintain strong client relationships and customer satisfaction

6. Handle sales documentation and onboarding formalities
