Job Overview

WebEarl Technologies is looking for a motivated and confident Sales Telecaller to connect with potential clients, generate leads, schedule meetings, and support the business development team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a willingness to learn about IT services and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce WebEarl Technologies' services.Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls and messages.Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer interactions in the CRM or spreadsheets.Understand client requirements and communicate them to the relevant team.Build and maintain positive customer relationships.Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and client support.Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.Strong negotiation and convincing skills.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.Preferred Qualifications
