Project Manager - Real Estate and Civil Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager specializing in Real Estate and Civil Construction to lead and oversee various projects in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within set timelines and budgets.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. You will also define the projects objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Developing project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
• Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties and key stakeholders.
