We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Operations Manager to oversee our store operations in the Chandigarh Region, Delhi-NCR Region, and Haryana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and last-mile delivery processes, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, managing daily store activities, and implementing best practices to optimize performance and reduce shrinkage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, including cycle counts and shrinkage reduction strategies.
• Coordinate dispatch and last-mile delivery processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Lead and mentor a team of shift incharges and store staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Implement effective picking and packing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall store performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
