Job Summary

Podium Systems is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sourcing Manager to support our real estate sales initiatives. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and coordination with channel partners to drive successful sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through outbound calling and networking activitiesFollow up on leads provided by the pre-sales and marketing teamsCoordinate with channel partners to drive qualified client visitsManage client interactions, including presentations and query resolutionTrack and monitor site visits and conversion progress throughout the sales cycleBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partnersAssist in executing marketing initiatives to increase project awarenessMaintain accurate records of daily activities and sales updates in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)Ensure timely follow-ups and proper documentation of the sales pipelineCollaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and close deals effectivelyRequirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field26 years of experience in real estate sales or sourcing (preferred)Strong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficientlyFamiliarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is an advantageSelf-motivated and target-orientedWhat We Offer
