The ideal candidate should have strong experience in General Trade (GT), distributor management, retailer handling, and territory sales within the FMCG sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.Manage distributors and expand the retailer network to increase market reach.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and improve market coverage.Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and execution of trade schemes.Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.Ensure timely collections and effective distributor stock management.Identify new business opportunities and support expansion of the company's tea portfolio.Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.Eligibility & RequirementsGraduate, MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.Minimum 3+ years of experience in General Trade (GT) Sales.Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Tea, Coffee, Dairy, Packaged Foods, or related industries preferred.Strong experience in distributor management and retailer handling.Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.Good knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.Candidates with Indore/Madhya Pradesh market experience will be preferred.
