Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients' financial situations and advise them on suitable home loan options.
• Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing finance products and market trends to provide accurate information to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to generate leads and referrals.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns during the loan process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan approval process and enhance customer experience.
