Senior Recruiter

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements. Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Job portals, WhatsApp groups, referrals and other channels . Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial candidate calls and assess suitability, communication and interest. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Coordinate offer, joining and onboarding processes. Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure candidates join as committed. Handle multiple requirements and achieve recruitment targets within timelines. Build and maintain a strong candidate network for future requirements. Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to the management.
