Bancassurance Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bancassurance Sales Executive to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of life insurance products through bancassurance channels, collaborating closely with banking partners to maximize sales opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance market and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and banking staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in bancassurance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and clients to promote life insurance products.
• Conduct presentations and training sessions for bank employees to enhance their understanding of insurance products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the bancassurance channel.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
