Engineering Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements with stakeholders.Scheduling: Create detailed timelines, milestones, and daily or monthly schedules using tools like Gantt charts.Budget Management: Track project costs, conduct cost analysis, prepare funding proposals, and prevent budget overruns.Team Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and contractors while delegating tasks based on individual abilities.Risk and Quality Control: Identify technical risks, create mitigation strategies, and monitor testing to verify deliverables meet industry standards.Safety Compliance: Enforce federal, local, and organizational safety guidelines on site and in the office.
