Quality Assurance & Quality Control Manager(Mechanical Engineering)

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions across all manufacturing divisions.

Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide quality management systems, policies, and procedures.

Ensure consistent product quality from raw materials through final inspection and dispatch.

Monitor production processes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.

APQP & PPAP documentation.

Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve process capability.

Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and R&D teams to resolve quality-related concerns.

Ensure compliance with customer specifications, applicable industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Plan and conduct internal quality audits and support external customer and certification audits.

Analyze quality performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic management reports.

Lead customer complaint investigations and ensure timely closure with effective corrective actions.

Develop and mentor the quality team to build a culture of quality excellence.

Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment.
