Team Lead .NET

Job Description:-We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – .NET Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise along with leadership capabilities to guide and mentor the development team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of .NET developersDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologiesParticipate in requirement analysis, system design, and architecture decisionsEnsure coding standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks are followedConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersCollaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and QA teamsTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issuesEnsure timely delivery of projects with high quality standardsRequired Skills & Qualifications (Must Have)6+ years of experience in .NET developmentStrong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, .NET CoreMandatory experience in Angular (latest versions preferred)Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScriptExperience with SQL Server / relational databasesExperience in team handling and technical leadershipKnowledge of RESTful APIs and integrationsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesPreferred Skills (Good to Have)Experience with Azure / Cloud servicesKnowledge of Microservices architectureExposure to CI/CD pipelines
