Requirements: - Minimum 6 months to 2 years of proven outbound calling, telesales, or EdTech sales experience. - Fluent Hindi & persuasive communication skills (convincing Bihari/regional dialect rapport is an advantage). - Must own an active Smartphone, Laptop/PC, and reliable internet connection (if WFH). - Target-driven attitude looking for high variable earnings rather than a passive desk job.
