Experiential Events Operations Executive (Mumbai)

Job Description

• Join our events team as an Experiential Events Operations Executive and play a key role in executing engaging brand experiences, activations, corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing experiential marketing and brand activation projects.
• Coordinate with clients, creative teams, production agencies, and vendors.
• Translate event concepts into practical operational requirements.
• Coordinate fabrication, branding, dcor, AV, furniture, and other event elements.
• Assist with vendor sourcing and quotation collection.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Conduct venue visits and assist with feasibility checks.
• Coordinate transportation, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Supervise event setup and ensure execution according to approved plans.
• Provide on-ground support during live events.
• Handle last-minute changes and operational challenges.
• Coordinate event dismantling and post-event activities.
• Maintain project trackers and prepare post-event reports.
