Key Responsibilities

Gather and organize information related to business processesAssist in documenting functional requirements and process workflowsPrepare spreadsheets, reports, and presentation materialsConduct basic market and competitor researchReview operational data to identify trends and potential improvementsSupport meetings by recording requirements, actions, and follow-upsCoordinate with internal teams to track assigned business initiativesMaintain clear and structured project documentation

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or a related fieldComfortable working with spreadsheets and structured informationInterest in business processes, research, and analytical problem-solvingFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel or Google SheetsAcademic case studies or business analysis projects are an advantage
