About the Company

Regex Software Services is hiring a MERN Stack / Full Stack Trainer to support practical, outcome-focused web development learning. The role is based out of the Ahmedabad office and involves helping learners build strong technical foundations alongside job-relevant project experience.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging training on complete full-stack web development, progressing from foundational concepts to advanced implementation. Teach frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, responsive design, Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap, and introduce Next.js where relevant. Cover backend development with Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and application architecture. Explain MongoDB, SQL fundamentals, Git and GitHub, API integration, and deployment basics through practical examples and live coding. Guide learners through real-world full-stack projects, coding exercises, assignments, assessments, and capstone work. Mentor learners, resolve technical questions, review code, and provide constructive feedback on their progress. Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant industry or training experience in MERN Stack or full-stack web development. Strong hands-on knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, REST APIs, and modern web development practices. Working familiarity with SQL basics, Git, GitHub, API integration, and deployment workflows. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities. Ability and willingness to work from the Ahmedabad office. .
