Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. This role is ideal for beginners who want hands-on experience in real client projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns

Support execution of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports

Optimize ads based on performance (CTR, CPC, conversions)

Help in creating ad creatives (copies, basic visuals coordination)

Work with the team to improve ROI and campaign results

Skills Required

Basic understanding of Digital Marketing / Paid Ads

Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads (preferred but not mandatory)

Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS)

Good communication skills

Willingness to learn and take initiative
