Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service with a strong background in the Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling customer queries, coordinating import/export shipments, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, operations, shipping lines, and overseas agents.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end customer service activities for import and export shipments.

Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customs brokers, and overseas agents.

Provide shipment updates, resolve customer queries, and ensure timely issue resolution.

Monitor shipment status and ensure smooth execution of freight forwarding operations.

Prepare and verify shipping documents and maintain accurate records.

Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high service standards.

Work closely with the operations and sales teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and freight forwarding regulations.

Required Skills

Minimum 4 years of Customer Service experience in a Freight Forwarding company.

Good knowledge of Import/Export operations and freight forwarding processes (Air & Sea Freight).

Strong communication, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple shipments and work under deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and freight forwarding software is an advantage.

Candidates from the Courier industry will not be considered.

Candidates residing within a reasonable commuting distance from the office will be preferred.

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience in handling international logistics and freight forwarding operations. .
