Good manpower handling and team supervision skills. Ability to handle breakdowns and technical issues independently. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in high-rise residential societies will be preferred. Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical field.
