About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Run onboarding for each new brand, including kickoff, data access, event mapping, channel setup, and the first campaign.

2. Work with the client's tech team to integrate events and customer data into Comify through APIs, SDKs, CSV, or warehouse exports.

3. Translate business goals such as repeat purchases, win-back, and cart recovery into use cases that the decisioning engine can run.

4. Unblock delays on both sides by following up with client IT, legal, and marketing teams and escalating clear, reproducible issues to internal engineers.

5. Maintain the client pipeline and delivery tracker.

6. Prepare monthly investor and board updates.

7.
