The candidate should have good practical knowledge of GeM Portal and various PSU/client e-procurement portals , especially IOCL, BPCL and other Oil & Gas companies , and should be capable of independently handling the complete tendering process from tender identification to bid submission. Key Responsibilities Search and identify suitable Electrical & Instrumentation tenders on: GeM Portal IOCL e-Tender Portal BPCL e-Tender Portal Other PSU / Oil & Gas / Government e-procurement portals CPPP and other relevant tender portals Study tender documents, NIT, BOQ, specifications, drawings, scope of work and commercial terms. Check eligibility criteria, technical qualification, financial qualification, EMD, tender fee, experience requirements and other tender conditions . Prepare tender participation documents and coordinate with management for bidding decisions. Prepare and submit Technical Bid, Price Bid and Commercial Bid as per tender requirements. Prepare BOQ pricing, rate analysis, costing and estimation for Electrical & Instrumentation works. Coordinate with suppliers/OEMs/subcontractors for obtaining quotations and technical/commercial information. Prepare comparative statements and negotiate with vendors for competitive rates.
