Marketing Operations Associate

This startup has brought the hospital right to the doorstep of customers thereby eliminating the pain & risk of going for regular hospital visits. They have a one-stop solution providing both doctor consultations services and products. Founded in 2020, the company is FSSAI approved and all the medicines are manufactured through FDA approved facilities. The doctors are registered with MCI (Medical Council of India), and the products are made from natural ingredients and hence safe to use.This wellness platform is revolutionising primary health and wellness in India.

As a Marketing Operations Associate, you will be responsible for ensure the smooth functioning of all operations on the curriculum front from ideation to publishing of lesson plans and functioning of live classes. The key idea is to identify problems, find solutions, and get them executed.

What you will do:

Getting things done as per the requirement of the team

Coordinating with different stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of curriculum deliverables

Organizing, modifying and updating existing workflows

Setting up and fixing operational processes which are not functional

Ensuring quality assurance is in place for all deliverables

Desired Candidate Profile

What you need to have:

Operational experience in any industries (Preferably start-ups)

Strong Academic background (Mass communication/Lit/Mass media/Journalism)

1-2 years of experience

Strong sense of ownership for work

Innovative Mindset

Flexibility, perseverance, empathy and being graceful under pressure are important attributes to have/ develop
