About the Role

We are looking for dynamic Appointment Setters / Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive lead generation and conversion for our domestic clients. The ideal candidate will engage prospects over calls, convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects, qualify leads, and set up meetings with clients.
• Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
• Generate and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Update and maintain CRM records. Requirements
• Minimum 3 months of internship experience in SDR, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation roles.
• Fluency in spoken Hindi and English.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
