Purchase Executive Electrical Materials

Energy Ecolighting Enterprise is looking for a Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of electrical materials and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing for project requirements.

Location: Work From Home | 1 Day Meeting per Week in Kolkata

Salary: Up to 15,000/month

Experience: Min 1year of experience needed

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

Handle procurement of electrical materials for project requirements.

Coordinate with vendors and obtain quotations.

Compare prices and negotiate with vendors for competitive rates.

Verify material requirements with BOQ and project requirements.

Prepare Purchase Orders and coordinate with vendors for order processing.

Coordinate timely delivery of materials to project sites.

Maintain purchase records, vendor details and related documentation.

Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new vendors.

Requirements:

6 months2 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.

Experience with electrical materials or project procurement preferred.

Good negotiation, communication and vendor coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google spreadsheet and BOQ.

Own laptop is mandatory.

Must be available for 1 meeting per week in Kolkata.
