Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities Plan & publish content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Create captions, reels/shorts, and coordinate product shoots Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, reviews) Work with design/video teams for on-brand creatives Run & optimize Meta Ads campaigns Track metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and report performance Stay on top of trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity Manage influencer/UGC collaborations Support product launches and seasonal campaigns Requirements 1+ years managing social media (D2C/e-commerce preferred) Strong grasp of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube best practices Proficient in Canva/CapCut or similar tools Good written English (Hindi/Kannada a plus) Basic Meta Ads Manager & analytics knowledge Self-driven, deadline-oriented, creative mindset Good to Have E-commerce/marketplace experience (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C sites) Basic photography/videography skills Experience with Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later Track record running influencer/UGC campaigns on a budget
