Corporate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound cold calls and generate leads.

2. Explain services and convert prospects into clients.

3. Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

4. Schedule meetings/Zoom calls with interested prospects.

5. Maintain lead records and achieve monthly sales targets.

Salary: Rs 17000 - Rs 30,000 + performance incentives.

Other requirements

1. Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

2. Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.

3. Basic knowledge of sales and lead management.

4. Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

5. Experience: 0–2 years.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,20,000 - 8,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 5,00,000 /year
