Other requirements

1. Strong communication and convincing skills.

2. Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

3. Hindi required; basic English preferred.

4. Sales/telecalling/real estate experience preferred, but freshers are welcome.

5. Target-oriented, enthusiastic and willing to work from office.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
