About the Role

We're looking for a Vehicle Inspector to join our field operations team in Bengaluru, engaged on an independent consultant basis. You will conduct professional, AI-assisted vehicle inspections using the InspektAI platform, completing all readiness, training, and certification requirements before going live independently.

A. Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct professional, AI-assisted vehicle inspections using the InspektAI platform and standard operating procedures.

2. Provide unbiased, factual inspection reports in line with Company standards, service levels, and operational KPIs.

3. Complete readiness, training, and certification requirements, and go live only upon successful certification.

4. Coordinate with customers, franchise partners, and the operations team to ensure timely fulfilment of inspection assignments.

5. Use only approved, calibrated tools and equipment keeping devices charged and updated, and complying with custody/return requirements for Company-issued items.

6. Maintain confidentiality of all customer/vehicle data and inspection reports, using only official Company platforms for recording and sharing data.

7. Maintain sales neutrality no gifts, tips, or inducements accepted in connection with inspections.

8. Complete assigned tasks, deliverables, and reporting requirements within agreed timelines.

9. Coordinate regularly with the reporting manager and relevant teams as directed by the Company.

B. What You'll Get:

1. A performance-linked consultancy fee that increases after the first month, with a further review at the end of the fourth month.

2. Eligibility for a Sales Performance Incentive, payable as per applicable terms and targets.
