About the internship:Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses to introduce Infozy SMS & AI Intellisoft LLP's communication and software solutions.

2. Explain and promote products such as Bulk SMS, Bulk RCS, WhatsApp Business API, Voice SMS, AI Agents, CRM and other business communication solutions.

3. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable communication solutions.

4. Conduct online product demonstrations and explain how our SMS/RCS software, dashboard and messaging services work.

5. Explain product features, pricing, benefits and usage to prospective customers.

6. Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper communication until conversion.

7. Generate new sales opportunities through calling, lead follow-up and customer outreach.

8. Convince and assist interested customers in purchasing our SMS and communication services.

9. Maintain lead information, call records, follow-ups and sales status.

10. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 6,000 - 10,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 20,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 to 300000/year
