Summary

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst – AI Intern to join our Customer Success team. This internship is ideal for candidates who have strong business acumen, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and are interested in working with clients and cross-functional teams.

The intern will gain hands-on exposure to business analysis, client management, requirement gathering, documentation, reporting, process improvement, and AI-powered productivity.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, track deliverables, coordinate follow-ups, and support the successful execution of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in understanding and documenting client requirements and business needs.

Participate in client meetings and maintain professional communication.

Track requirements, tasks, deliverables, timelines, and action items.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of requirements.

Follow up on open tasks and issues until closure.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and updates.

Prepare meeting minutes, trackers, presentations, reports, and business documentation.

Assist in preparing BRDs, FRDs, UAT reports, requirement documents, and process documentation.

Identify business gaps, challenges, and potential issues and assist in finding solutions.

Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Support the Customer Success team in maintaining strong client relationships.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of client activities.

Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Use AI tools to improve research, documentation, analysis, reporting, communication, and productivity.

Explore emerging AI tools and identify practical ways to improve business processes.

AI Tools & Digital Skills

Familiarity with tools such as:

ChatGPT | Gemini | Claude | Microsoft Copilot | Other AI Platforms

**You will be encouraged to use AI for

Prior experience with AI tools is not mandatory. Curiosity, willingness to experiment, and eagerness to learn are highly valued.

**Preferred Qualification

Bachelor's degree or equivalent Final-year students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply Candidates interested in Business Analysis, Customer Success, Consulting, Client Management, or AI & Business Transformation are preferred.
