We are looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Manager to manage our social media presence and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms

Plan and publish posts, reels, stories, and campaigns

Create engaging captions, hooks, and content ideas

Monitor trends and improve audience engagement

Handle comments, DMs, and customer inquiries

Coordinate with the content and design team

Track basic social media performance and suggest improvements

Additional Requirement:

Basic customer calling and communication experience is preferred.

Note: This is NOT a telecalling or cold-calling job. No random sales calls or target-based telecalling. However, occasional calls with existing customers or interested users may be required to understand queries, provide assistance, and maintain a good customer experience.

Required Skills: Good communication, creativity, social media knowledge, customer handling, and basic calling skills.
