Operations - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

4.1 Caregiver Sourcing & Onboarding:

• Actively source, qualify, and onboard various pet care professionals onto our platform like - Pet boarding homeowners, pet sitters, day carers, dog walkers and trainers, pet groomers, pet taxi owners, pet hotels, veterinarians and clinic staff.
• Conduct in-person visits to homes, clinics, and businesses to complete necessary Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and ensure service quality standards are met.
• Ensure every caregiver clears Uluv's Non-Negotiables Checklist with 100% accuracy.

4.2 Field Operations & Campaign Execution:

• Execute on-ground adoption campaigns in residential societies, colleges, and pet-friendly communities.
• Drive high-volume caregiver sign-ups through structured outreach and relationship building.
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to Uluv's service standards.

4.3 Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of sign-ups, verifications and onboarding progress.
• Share regular updates including photos/videos/documents where applicable
