RF Engineer

Job Description of RF Engineer (Fresher’s)Engineer is responsible for the optimization and enhancement of wireless telecommunications networks.Responsibilities: Perform in RF Optimization activities with a help of Sr. Engineers. Optimization of a WCDMA/LTE (3G/4G) network to trouble shoots and improves KPIs. Understanding of Radio Resource Management functionalities (e.g. Admission Controls, Handover control, Capacity management, etc.).Essential Qualification and Skills: Master or Bachelor's degree in EC, Telecommunication, or equivalent required with minimum 70% score. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Working Condition:Flexible to work long hours including weekends and be ready to work in night shift.Remuneration: As per Industry standards.
