Responsibilities Include:

• Strong communication, presentation and follow-up skills

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales / inside sales / business development

• Hands-on experience in inbound sales, lead qualification and presales

• Experience in conducting product demos and discovery calls with prospects

• Ability to understand customer requirements, identify pain points and position the right solution

• Experience in prospecting, lead nurturing and managing sales pipelines

• Ability to coordinate closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to drive conversions

• Strong relationship-building skills with prospects and customers

• Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales activities/pipeline updates

• A target-oriented and value-driven approach to sales

• **Interest or exposure to SaaS, HR Tech, Recruitment Tech or B2B technology products will be an added advantage
