Medinex Workforce is seeking an HR Recruiter Intern to support talent acquisition activities, candidate coordination, recruitment documentation, and basic HR operations. This opportunity is suitable for candidates interested in recruitment and looking to develop practical experience in a professional remote work environment.

Job Type: Full-Time Internship

Duration: 13 Months

Stipend: 15,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

Assist with sourcing candidates through approved recruitment platformsReview applications and shortlist profiles against role requirementsCoordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidatesMaintain candidate trackers and recruitment recordsSupport follow-ups throughout the hiring processAssist with preparing recruitment reports and status updatesHelp organize onboarding documentation for selected candidatesCoordinate with hiring teams regarding open positions and candidate progress

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related fieldStrong interest in recruitment and talent acquisitionComfortable communicating with candidates through professional channelsBasic familiarity with spreadsheets and online productivity toolsPrior recruitment experience is not required
