The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training sessions, conducting needs assessments, creating training materials, and presenting complex technical information in an understandable way. The role also includes collaborating with other departments to identify training needs, tracking the effectiveness of training programs, and continually improving training methods to ensure the highest quality education for participants.QualificationsSkills in Technical Training and Training & DevelopmentExperience as Technical Trainers and in designing training programsStrong Communication and presentation skillsAbility to identify training needs and tailor sessions accordinglyProficiency in using training tools and technologyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsBachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or related fieldExperience in the educational sector is a plusMust required Skills ( HTML, Full stack, JAVA, C++, Python, Data structure, SQL basic )
