Key Responsibilities:1. SEO Strategy Development:○ Design and execute advanced SEO strategies aligned with business goals.○ Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.○ Optimize content to improve rankings and drive organic traffic.2. Technical SEO:○ Conduct audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, page loadspeed, and mobile usability.○ Optimize site architecture, schema markup, and internal linking structures.○ Work with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.3. Content Optimization:○ Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content.○ Ensure all content meets search engine guidelines and is optimized for target keywords.○ Monitor content performance and recommend updates as needed.4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:○ Track and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, GoogleSearch Console, and SEMrush.○ Generate detailed reports on SEO performance and present actionable insights.○ Monitor algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.5. Link Building & Outreach:○ Develop and implement effective link-building strategies.○ Build relationships with industry influencers and relevant websites for collaboration.6. Stay Updated:○ Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices.○ Conduct training sessions to update the team on SEO developments.Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field (preferred).● Proven experience of 1 year in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.● Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools● Proficiency in technical SEO and content marketing.● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.● Strong written and verbal communication skills.● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
