Customer Support Trainer

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Trainer to join our team in Karnataka or Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support, particularly in the international voice process, and will be responsible for training new hires and enhancing the skills of existing team members.

As a Customer Support Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customer support representatives are well-equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients. You will develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and assess the performance of trainees to ensure they meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement training programs for new and existing customer support staff.
• Conduct training sessions on inbound voice processes and customer support best practices.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant information into training materials.
