Handle incoming inquiries and explain available visa services to clients. Counsel clients regarding visa options, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. Understand client needs and recommend suitable visa services. Follow up with interested leads and convert them into potential clients. Schedule appointments and coordinate with the immigration team. Assist clients with document collection, verification, and application procedures. Maintain client records, calling reports, and follow-up databases. Achieve daily and monthly calling, counselling, and conversion targets. Build strong client relationships and provide professional customer service. ✅ RequirementsExcellent communication and convincing skills. Good command of English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Strong interpersonal, counselling, and client-handling skills. Basic knowledge of visa and immigration processes is an advantage. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
