Video Editing/Making - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:1. Edit engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos for real estate and school/education clients.

2. Create internal product explainer and advertising videos.

3. Add clean and purposeful text animations, transitions, effects, SFX and music.

4. Adapt videos according to brand guidelines, creative briefs and platform requirements.

5. Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, composition, visual hierarchy and overall design quality.

6. Work on multiple creative styles and adapt editing based on different client brands.

7. Take feedback from the creative team and make revisions within deadlines.

8. Organize and manage project files, footage, assets and final exports properly.

9. Stay updated with relevant Reels, editing and visual content trends.

10. Some prior experience in video editing is preferred.2. Strong working knowledge of CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro is required.3. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects will be an advantage.4. Good understanding of design principles and visual composition.5. Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, spacing, colors and visual hierarchy.6. Good sense of design and art with an ability to identify what looks visually appealing.7. Should understand that good editing is not about overusing effects and transitions.8. A decent portfolio is mandatory, including personal, freelance or client work.9. Experience creating Reels, advertisements or social media content is preferred.10. Should be comfortable working with feedback and revisions.11. Must have a personal laptop/PC capable of handling video editing software.12. Remote candidates from across India can apply.13. Candidates based in or around Vapi, Gujarat will be preferred.14. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 7,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 5,000 /month
