About the job:Candidate must know Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for various positions within the scaffolding and aluminum manufacturing sectors

Job Posting and Sourcing: Create and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, company career pages, and local community resources. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and partnerships with vocational schools and trade organizations.Screening and Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive resume reviews, initial screening calls, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for our manufacturing operations.Collaboration: Work closely with production managers and department leads to understand specific job requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles and interview processes.Onboarding Support: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and training related to safety protocols and job responsibilities.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback and addressing any queries throughout the recruitment process.Employer Branding: Promote BSL Group as an employer of choice by participating in local job fairs, community events, and creating marketing materials that showcase our company culture and career opportunities.Compliance and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on labor market conditions, recruitment trends, and legal regulations to ensure compliance with hiring practices and contribute to process improvements.Training & Development: Coordinate and support employee training programs to enhance skills, safety awareness, and professional growth.
