Tax COO's Office - A1 (FTS) • Proposed designation FTS (A1) • Role type Individual contributor • Reporting to Assistant Manager/Manager Roles & responsibilities • Play a key role in monitoring and implementing projects (Business unit/ Organizational and change initiatives) by meeting key objectives on time and within budget. • Support strategic working groups and cross-functional teams in implementing various Tax wide initiatives such as employee experience, campus experience, future of tax professionals, and other employee focused engagement and community initiatives. • Work with the internal communications team to drive various campaigns to ensure messages are clear and consistent. • Support the team in identifying how change might affect different teams and help gather feedback from key stakeholders. Perform change impact analysis on the program initiatives supported. • Help conduct market analysis on vendor costs and training cost for various services. Educational qualifications • Post-Graduation (MBA) • 60% in X, XII and UG Work experience • A minimum of 0 to 1 year or currently pursuing final year of post-graduation Experience Level Executive Level
