Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Chinese Chef specializing in momos who can prepare a variety of delicious and authentic momos, including veg and non-veg options. The candidate should have experience in Chinese cuisine and maintain high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare different types of momos such as steamed, fried, tandoori, and gravy momos Make fresh dough, fillings, and chutneys/sauces from scratch Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portion size Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards Manage kitchen inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients Assist in menu planning and introducing new momo varieties Handle bulk orders and ensure timely preparation during rush hours Work closely with kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations
