Agency Sales Officer

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Agency Sales Officer to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of health and life insurance products through agency development and direct sales strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining relationships with clients and agencies, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote health and life insurance products.
• Identify and recruit potential agents to expand the agency network.
• Provide training and support to agents to enhance their sales capabilities.
• Conduct field sales activities to generate leads and close sales.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of agency sales, health insurance, and life insurance products.
• Proven experience in field sales and direct sales techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with the BFSI sector and CASA sales is a plus.
