We are seeking a proactive, team-oriented technical recruiter to take complete ownership of our end-to-end hiring requirements. The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a deep understanding of technical recruitment, and has the grit to follow through on mandates until successful closure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical mandates.

2. Utilize diverse sourcing channels (including Naukri and other portals) to build a robust candidate pipeline.

3. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.

4. Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, maintaining clear communication between candidates and internal teams.

5. Manage candidate follow-ups, relationship building, and salary/offer negotiations.

6. Take complete ownership of assigned hiring mandates and drive them to successful closure.
