Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-agency Growth Marketer who loves to experiment, build, and move fast.

You know the fundamentals deeply: SEO, AEO, paid acquisition, conversion, attribution, and performance marketing. But you’re not limited by them. Give you a growth problem and your instinct is to dig into the data, form a hypothesis, build something, ship it, and see what happens.

You are an IC at heart. You don’t wait for a developer, designer, analyst, or elaborate brief if you can figure out how to get something live yourself.

You’ve also been working this way with AI for a while. You’ve built agents, skills, automations, and systems that fundamentally change what you can get done yourself. You are not starting your AI journey at Magi.

This role gives you a lot of room to experiment. We care about how quickly you learn, how much you ship, and whether you can turn those learnings into repeatable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build performance engines: Own SEO, AEO, paid acquisition, conversion, and other performance channels end-to-end. Build organic and paid acquisition engines that compound over time, including how brands get discovered and cited across traditional search and AI answer engines.

Experiment relentlessly: Find growth opportunities, form hypotheses, get experiments live quickly, measure what happens, and iterate. Test aggressively across channels, audiences, offers, creative, landing pages, and conversion paths.

Own the numbers: Work backwards from traffic, acquisition, pipeline, conversion, CAC, and revenue goals. Build the dashboards and measurement loops needed to know what is working, what isn’t, and where to invest next.

Shape the product: Be a power user of Magi. Use BrandOS and our AI agents every day to run growth, push the limits of what they can do, and work closely with product and engineering to turn real-world learnings into better product capabilities.

Build, don’t wait: Create landing pages, campaigns, growth tools, workflows, prototypes, and automations yourself. Use AI and modern tools to reduce the distance between an idea and a live experiment, then turn what works into repeatable systems that scale.

Find new paths to growth: Go beyond established channels. Test new distribution, product-led growth, content loops, partnerships, outbound, community, and emerging AI-native channels when you see an opportunity.

Qualifications and Attributes

Deep hands-on expertise in SEO, AEO, paid acquisition, conversion optimization, and analytics.

Track record of personally building and scaling growth channels with measurable business impact.

Strong understanding of CAC, attribution, funnel economics, and experimentation.

High-energy, high-agency IC who moves quickly and gets an unusual amount done.

Resourceful and technical enough to build beyond traditional marketing, using AI, automation, no-code/low-code tools, and code where useful.

Deep AI fluency, with agents, skills, workflows, and systems already embedded into how you operate.

Strong B2B growth instincts and the ability to connect marketing, product, sales, and customer behavior.

Founder energy: curious, hands-on, resourceful, and energized by figuring things out from scratch.
