The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the international BPO sector, specifically in voice processes, and will be adept at handling both B2B and B2C communications. This role is crucial for managing client interactions and ensuring smooth operations in payments and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations in the voice process, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
• Handle B2B and B2C calls, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Process payments and manage invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accounts payable.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Train and mentor junior staff, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative work environment.
