Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support & Upselling Executives to handle customer queries, provide excellent customer service, and promote suitable products/services to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls and queries professionally.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Achieve individual and team targets.

Maintain good customer relationships.

Follow company processes and quality standards.

Eligibility

Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication skills are required.

Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Customer service, telecalling, sales, or upselling experience will be an advantage.

Salary

Freshers: 21,000 per month

Experienced: Up to 26,0000 per month

Shift Timings

Male Candidates: 8:00 AM to 8:40 PM

Female Candidates: 8:00 AM to 7:40 PM

Working Schedule

6 working days per week

1 rotational week off
