About the job:This is a full-time, on-site Ayurvedic Therapist role. The Ayurvedic Therapist will perform a range of Ayurvedic treatments and therapies, including massages, body treatments, and wellness rituals, in alignment with established protocols and safety standards.

3. Maintaining a calm and professional environment and ensuring an exceptional wellness experience for each guest.

4. Preparing treatment rooms.

5. Managing therapy schedules.

6. Maintaining hygiene and equipment, and accurately documenting therapies provided.

Formal training and certification in Ayurveda, Ayurvedic Panchakarma, or Ayurvedic spa/therapy from a recognized institute.2. Hands-on experience in Ayurvedic massage, body therapies, and wellness treatments in a spa, resort, or clinic setting.3. Knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, basic anatomy and physiology, and contraindications for common therapies.4. Strong guest service orientation, with the ability to communicate clearly, maintain confidentiality, and build trust with diverse guests.5. Ability to work in a resort environment, including flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining professional conduct.6. Attention to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and handling of oils, herbs, and equipment.7. Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to working with wellness, front office, and housekeeping teams.8. Basic proficiency in English and local languages; additional language skills are an advantage.9.
