Purchase Executive - Fresher

About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify new suppliers based on requirements for grocery, nutrition, pet food, pet supplements, ingredients, or finished products

2. Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, price, credit, availability, suitability, and technical support

3. Receive quotations from potential suppliers, evaluate the quotations, prepare comparative statements, and obtain approval from management

4. Calculate costs and negotiate with vendors for new components and rate revisions based on material price fluctuations, and prepare detailed cost comparisons for fair pricing

5. Release purchase orders as per requirements, follow up with vendors and accounts regarding supplier payments, and maintain purchase-related documents

6. Plan inventory based on sales plans and forecasts

7. Monitor stock sheets daily and maintain sufficient stock of materials
